May today find a Song in your heart and Spring in your Step,
May you achieve at least one task in full,
May you laugh ’til you weep,
May you sneak in a sleep,
May you smell flowers and hug trees in the breeze,
May your dinner be warm,
May your cup overflow,
May you dance and hold someone close,
May you hear and see beauty,
May you find light if it’s dark,
May you embrace any grey hair as new wisdom,
You are worthwhile and important and loved,
May this find you and raise you anew.
