Star dust and fairy wings
Singing all the lovely sings
Getting dirty, skinning knees
Running, jumping, climbing trees,
Laughing out loud at fart jokes,
Pegging a card to my spokes
Ribbons adorn my handle bars,
Bugs are kept in old jam jars,
Dressing up in adult cast offs
Pretending to be silly toffs,
A puzzle solved and books to explore
Paintings by me on the fridge door,
My pockets full of treasures found,
Can I make the loudest sound?
Who am I, can you say?
Can you tell by the way I play?
Love it! How fitting in today’s ugly world of ‘gender’ lunacy. Let kids be KIDS!!!!!
